A Two-Step Fee Structure

Purchase

Retaining Fee: An initial payment due upon instruction which is wholly deductible from the final success fee.

Success Fee: Is calculated as a small percentage of the final purchase price OR 15% of the overall saving negotiated off the marketing price whichever is the greater. Payable upon exchange of contracts.

Rental

Retaining Fee: An initial payment due upon instruction which is wholly deductible from the final success fee.

Success Fee: A sum equivalent to one month’s rent less retaining fee. Payable upon exchange of documentation.

All fees are subject to VAT @ 20%.

London Property Search will discuss mutually acceptable fee arrangements on an individual client basis.
